Courgette, Feta & Mint Soup served with Rustic Bread & Butter
Marinated in Garlic, Lemon, Lime, Sweet Chilli and Honey
Pan fried Rump Steak with a Peppercorn sauce, served with Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Onion rings and Chips
Succulent Chicken Breast cooked with fresh Thyme and topped with a Creamy Dijon Mustard sauce. Served on a bed of Spinach and pan fried sauté Potato
Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Ravioli
Pasta parcels stuffed with Mozzarella, Pesto and Tomato in a creamy Tomato sauce. Served with Garlic Bread and a Salad garnish
Strawberry Eton Mess
Fresh Strawberries, Crushed Meringue, Marshmallows, Fresh Cream, Strawberry Ice Cream and Pistachios drizzled with a fresh Strawberry Coulis.

We’re looking for an experienced cook/chef to join our team here at Slice Coffee Lounge and Bistro for approximately 19 hours a week. The days will be Thursdays, Friday and Saturdays.

Christmas Opening Hours 2015
We will be closed from 2.00pm on Christmas Eve and then re-open
on Tuesday 29th December until New Years Eve.
We then re-open on the New Year on Saturday January 2nd 2016.
